What if? It's Not What You Are Eating? What if Your Weight IS In Your Brain?
Are all these things on your mind? Such as goals, habits, focus, achieve, committed, days, weight, release, results, starting, brain, today, daily,
healthier, question, feel, emotions, consistently, answer, feeling
What if the weight you want to lose stays with you because of how you think, consciously or subconsciously?
Losing the weight you want off and keeping it off. It's a little different than what you might think.
But here goes, Don't focus on your weight. Let me explain.
Focus on what you want to look like, when you focus on the end result,
where you will be, whether it's in 30 days or 60 or 90 or half a year or a year, and you focus
your attention on the benefits of achieving your weight loss goals and sticking to them. And you focus on how you will feel and what you will be able to do as a result of releasing the weight that you want off and being healthier. You stimulate the motivational centers of your
brain more and more and more.
When you start to see yourself in your mind's eye. Already having achieved your goals versus focusing on your current reality. Of your weight, emotions, addictions, and habits that take you away from using all of your mental power to help you reshape your body and self-image.
What I want you to do starting today is, yes, be aware of your current situation. That's okay to have awareness. But I want you to start living in the probability of your new weight goals, your new fat loss goals being a reality starting today. And together over the next week, month, two months, three months, and six months, we'll help you reshape your internal self-image.
Most people have a hard time doing that, and they focus on what is right now versus what they want to achieve.
And what they don't realize is this little shift of focusing on what you want versus what is or
what you don't want.
It is the little hinge that swings the big doors. What you focus on
determines how you feel and how you feel determines what you do or don't do.

So starting today and every day going forward. STOP and identify a specific concern or potential struggle you will face this holiday season.
Past family conflict or not feeling included?
Is it dinner with the extended family?
An upcoming holiday dinner event at work?
Or a cookie exchange with the neighbors?
Pick one event you want to focus on.
Maybe you don't feel like you fit in at any of it?
CHALLENGE the way you’re looking at the future event or situation.
Think through each specific step of the event as if it were a story.
What story are you telling yourself?
Is it true or imagined?
What happens when you first arrive? Who will be there?
What do you see and what do you smell?
What happens next?
Work your way through the entire event, and be sure to include all of the little details.
CHOOSE to overcome specific challenges at the event you are most concerned about.
Develop a plan for addressing those challenges.
Brainstorm ideas on how you can overcome them, and commit to one or two that you think will work best for you.
Focus on the many blessings this holiday season! Enjoy!
