Living the Journey Out Loud Week 2

Last week I talked about Hiring a coach and achieving my optimal perfect weight or what I feel that looks like. Often we all see our flaws more than others, or not. But we often feel like an Imposter in one area or another in our lives. Even though I have lost over 200 pounds, I have never finished and gone for my perfect BMI and Goal weight.
My smart Goal date is by January 15.
Some think the holidays are a horrible time to start a diet or weight loss program. But I am here to tell you that the holidays are your practice ground for every holiday you will live through in the future so you can keep your weight optimal. And your habits are healthy for a lifetime.
Living this Journey with You still feels gutsy, but more than that I want you to notice the difference in my body in one week. And I am telling you it feels incredible. One simple week of willingness and discipline changed the way I look. I can't wait to help you do the same.

11/16/2022 Echo Pelster Black Shirt- Completed one week of a Special formula Lifestyle plan. "I love the food, and I am not feeling hungry. I will be adding pictures to this post each week.
I can definitely see a change in my body without tremendous effort. I never dreamed I would lose 8.5 pounds in a week, I thought one or two pounds at best, but I love being a coach with a coach helping others become a coach; I did take a light walk of 20 minutes several days. No heavy Exercise. New great habits. I am excited to share next week's progress and my holiday experience with you to stay on track.
